Microcurrent is a type of treatment that uses a gentle current in order to treat pain and other non pain conditions. When used for pain, micro current can be connected to the needles with clips to stimulate deep healing in the muscle and surrounding tissue. Microcurrent is a gentle form of electric stimulation that effects the mitochondria of the cells and therefore is more able to heal and repair tissue than other forms of electric stimulation. It also decreases inflammation and increases circulation therefore is an effective treatment for pain.
